Paycom: Outside Sales Representative – Nashville

They will sell the Paycom suiteof HCM technology products and services to clients in an assignedregion.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Building and maintaining long-lastingclient relationships with prospects within assigned territory *Cold call potential clients according to the assigned metrics andrespond to Inside Sales leads of companies with 50 employees ormore * Establish new accounts by forecasting sales, researching,setting appointments, and presenting with the intent to persuadestakeholders to the Paycom solution * Generating leads throughprospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goalsfor new business * Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments andmove prospects through the sale process quickly and efficiently *Maintains knowledge of Paycom products and services * Responsiblefor completing the Sales Representative training while maintainingand/or exceeding assigned metrics * Participates in weekly salestopics to continue to enhance product knowledge * Generate anddevelop new client accounts to increase revenue * Assist with andattend first implementation meeting for all new clients *Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions *Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications MINIMUM BASICQUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: * Bachelors degree requiredin Sales, Business management, Communications, Marketing or SimilarBackgrounds Experience: * 1+ year of experience in a quota-drivenenvironment with a record of success exceeding goals or * 1+ yearof Inside Sales experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification: * Bachelors degree required in Sales,Business management, Communications, Marketing or SimilarBackgrounds Experience: * 3 years or more of experience in aquota-driven environment with a record of success exceeding goalsor * 1+ year of Inside Sales experience at Paycom Skills/Abilities:* Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client andprovide strategic business solutions * Experience with MicrosoftOffice, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook * Achieves/exceedsappointment and Sales Metrics * Excellent written and verbalcommunication * Highly motivated and results-oriented * Strongpresentation, organization, multitasking, and time managementskills * Solid problem solving and consultative skills required *Self-directed with the ability to work in a structured andfast-paced team sales environment * Product and payroll knowledgeis a plus Paycom is an equal opportunity employer and prohibitsdiscrimination and harassment of any kind.
